Questions

How do I convert units to mg?

Divide the units by 100 to get mL, then multiply by your vial strength in mg/mL. Example: 20 units of 2.5 mg/mL semaglutide is 0.2 mL × 2.5 = 0.5 mg.

Is 10 units the same dose for everyone?

No. 10 units is always 0.1 mL of liquid, but the mg in it depends on the vial strength. 10 units is 0.25 mg at 2.5 mg/mL and 0.5 mg at 5 mg/mL.
